Special rates apply for multi week bookings. For a confirmed two week holiday a 20% discount will apply to week two. For longer periods please contact us.
We can accept payments through PayPal. If you would prefer to pay this way, please Contact Us and we will send you a PayPal invoice. Alternatively you can pay by cheque but we will require this to be cleared fully 6 weeks prior to your trip.
We have to have some basic terms and conditions of renting the villa. These are for the benefit of all our friends, and to ensure the villa is kept clean and nice for all our visitors. These will be sent to you on a booking enquiry. To book the villa, please contact us in the first instance using the Contact Us page on this web site, stating the dates of your preferred visit. We will e-mail you more details and price confirmation.
Please note that the villa is completely non-smoking, including the outside areas. Bar-B-Ques are not allowed by command of the Mayor as a result of bush fires in 2007 in the locality.
Please also note that there is a swimming pool and that you are responsible for the safety of the users of this facility. Glasses are NOT allowed by the pool for safety reasons. There are plastic glasses for poolside use.
On arrival we will arrange a welcome pack of food and milk for you. On departure, please make sure all the internal bins are emptied and the house is left in a reasonable state to help the housekeeper get it ready for the next visitors. If you can, please regularly empty the bins into the public refuse bins on the side of the roads.
The villa has an AED defibrillator and a first aid kit for emergency medical use. Please do not abuse this. In the case of an emergency please telephone ambulance on 112 from your mobile.
